Pet and breeding birds going through the moult need a high carbohydrate blend. This has been specially developed for this purpose which is ideal, with ingredients which also ensure a good balance of B vitamins, protein, essential amino acids and iron. It is also good as a maintenance mix for pet birds and should be supplemented with millet sprays, cuttlefish bones and Type blends twice a week.
