Delivery Information

We offer a nationwide delivery service for the UK.

Customers that are not in or leave delivery instructions for delivery drivers, do so at their own risk. We cannot be held liable where customers are not in and may have left instructions for their parcels to be left in Bins, Sheds, Garages, by the Front Door Etc.

Please be advised that if you are vacant at the specified delivery address at the first delivery attempt, Su-Bridge Pet Supplies Ltd will also not be held liable for any damages on the order on any further delivery attempts.

Please be advised that any failed delivery that has been returned to us a charge of £15 administration fee will be applied and if the items are to be resent a redelivery charge will be applied. If the order is subsequently cancelled after the failure of delivery, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the credit as a restocking fee.

We provide free deliveries on orders over £300 + vat throughout the Eastern region only. If you do not meet this amount a delivery charge will apply and delivery will be via courier.

The latest that orders can be submitted is 1pm on the previous working day prior to your scheduled delivery day.

Deliveries outside of the Eastern Region are made via a courier using a parcel or pallet service.

We provide free deliveries* on orders over £500 + vat within UK Mainland (not including Highlands and Scottish Islands). Delivery area and product exclusions apply.

If your order is placed before 1pm, items should be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). From dispatch delivery is normally a next working day service* unless are based in the postcode areas stated below. Whilst this is the case, it is not something that Su-bridge Pet Supplies Ltd can guarantee and will not be held responsible or liable in the event that your delivery does not arrive within 24 hours from dispatch.

Customers in the DD,G, PA1-19, PH1-14,DG,EH,HS,KY,MY,TD,AB,IV,KW postcode area is available on a economy service only which is 2 to 3 working days.

*Please note for those orders that qualify for free delivery, will be sent on an economy service which is usually between 2 to 3 working days.

Please note if you are vacant at the specified delivery address of a palletised order and you have not provided details of a secure location that it can be left (which is at your own risk) that unfortunately an additional delivery cost may apply which can be up to approx half the cost of the whole delivery charged applicable to your order. For the avoidance of doubt cancellations of an order at this stage are not possible and will not be accepted.

The website will automatically calculate the delivery charge based on weight and size of the item(s) applicable for your order. It is calculated per 30kg or per box/ consignment up to 300kg or quarter pallet size. After 300kg we usually palletise orders.If do you have any queries regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment must be made prior to dispatch on all deliveries made via courier.

Delivery Restrictions

Products marked as *delivery restriction* are only available for delivery within the eastern region, on our own fleet of vehicles


If you experience any problems following delivery of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email in the first instance using the details on our contact us page. Please ensure you give details of name, address, order reference number, contact number and information of what the concern is.

All damages must be clearly noted on the Proof Of Delivery. Please be advised that signing unchecked deliveries is not acceptable and all damages must be noted at the point of delivery. Please note we will require images of the damaged item along with the inner and outer package. Without this, claims for damages without supporting images or sufficient information maybe rejected.

Please be advised that if you are vacant at the specified delivery address on the first delivery attempt, Su-bridge Pet Supplies Ltd will not be held liable for any damages on the order.

Can I return something I ordered? Any items to be returned must be undamaged and unopened in their original packaging and must be received by us within 7 days of the original delivery for a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for postage of returning items if we are not at fault.

In the event that you would like to arrange collection of an item, we charge a minimum of £20 +vat. Please contact us for a quotation.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. The time period include the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5-10 business days) the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


In the event you have submitted your order and you wish to cancel your invoice you must notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been booked for dispatch unfortunately we would be unable to cancel the order. If we are able to prevent this, we will but unfortunately there will be a £5 administration charge that would apply.


If you courier delivery arrives damaged, please take a photo of the OUTER BOX showing the damaged packaging, as well as internal images and report to in 2 working days.
