Introducing the NEW Su-Bridge Pet Supplies Website & Features



We’ve made some vital updates to the new and improved Su-Bridge Pet Supplies website. We are proud to announce some amazing features that will help your shopping, browsing and account management experience.

1) Updated search box

We’ve made it easier to search for the product you want. Just type what you’re interested in finding into the search bar on the website using the product name, or its unique product code. This will find the specific product and give you a preview of what it looks like before you add it to your basket. This function will show you an image of the item, and if it’s in stock give you the option to view the full product information.

2) Read our blogs for insights and industry news

We have added a space where you can read our company insights, industry insights, case studies, and our expert pet professional tips. You can locate our blog section from the New & Updates title in the page footer.

3) New feel same look

Our website is new and improved, however we haven’t changed the old layout too much, we’ve just made it feel better. You can still locate products the way you did on the old website but we have added in extra functions onto pages to help you find what you want more efficiently.

4) Introducing filtering
You can find a range of products much easier than you could before. We have added a tick box filtering system where you can filter by colour, flavour, age, diet, size and VAT. We wanted to ensure you could easily find all of our products with just a couple of clicks.

5) Device friendly

The previous website was made using a now out-of-date platform from when smartphones were still brand new to the market. Meaning it wasn’t best suited for tablet or mobile phones. Our site is now responsive to all type of devices meaning the shopping experience will be easier and less time consuming.

6) Adding a new purchaser
One of the new and improved features of our new website is the ability to add a purchaser to an account. What is a purchaser? Well simply put it’s someone who can buy things on our website for your company. Our new website accounts are set up a little differently to the old website. An account is now for the company as a whole, and within this you can add different purchasers. Previously, if a company wanted different staff members to be able to purchase from Su-Bridge, it would set up different accounts for each staff member. That is no longer necessary, as you can see from the below chart.



Ben, Sally, and Mike all have their own unique login, which uses their personal email address and own password, but all purchases come from the same Big Ben’s Pet Shop account.
This simplifies invoicing as we just receive orders from one account, and also allows the account manager to look at all orders and invoices made quickly without having to log into lots of different accounts. The account manager can also add more purchasers and change existing purchaser’s details which includes changing passwords. Purchasers who are not account managers can only change details on their own accounts.

New Accounts
When setting up a new account, the first screen is to set up the company details. Once you’ve entered all your company details, click ‘save changes’ and this will take you through to the purchaser screen. This allows you to add the main purchaser for the account. Once the account is set up, you’ll be able to add further purchasers via the ‘My Account’ screen if you wish.
