Fosseway Garden Centre is a family-run business, which has served the community since 1990 in Moreton-in-Marsh in the Cotswolds.
Tim Godwin the director of Fosseway Garden Centre noticed a huge gap in their local market, the need for a place where local people can gather all their pet supplies at the same time. They decided to create an instore extension from their existing 3m² pet section and turn it into a pet department which now totals 38m².
Tim Godwin met another customer of ours at a pet trade show, who recommended calling Emma to see what Su-Bridge Pet Supplies could offer them. They needed a supplier who could provide a full pet supplies range to suit the newly created department, an expert who knew the needs of their customers, and a range of products that would stretch from horses to hamsters. Su-Bridge Pet Supplies provided them with a wide category range of bespoke and customer favourite products, covering all bases for a wide range of pets and animals.
Through our knowledge of the area, the ability to understand popular trends and knowing our customer’s needs, we supplied Fosseway Garden Centre with True Hemp™ pet products to give their customers something unique, award winning and desirable. In a short-time the newly created pet department has seen a 2,000% increase in sales. Fosseway Garden Centre were thrilled as they had previously not been known for their pet section, which was now bringing in new customers and delighting old ones.
Not only were Fosseway Garden Centre and their customers happy, but so were we. Su-Bridge Pet Supplies was able to turn around a tight deadline, increase customer sales and create a new customer relationship.
We have since provided Fosseway Garden Centre with in-depth product training, invited expert pet specialists from other business to help support them, and provided an improved delivery service.
