Distribution Update

Over the last year all businesses have seen a significant rise in the costs of labour, raw materials and consumables, Su-Bridge has been no different and therefore we have had to review our distribution methods and costs, in line with this we are having to make some changes to enable us to continue to offer the high levels of service that aim to provide.

The changes below will be effective from the 1st June 2022.

Fleet Deliveries

For all deliveries made under our own fleet the minimum order to qualify for free delivery will be raised to £300.00 + VAT with the delivery charge for those orders not qualifying for free delivery being subject to an increased charge of £20.00 per order.

Pallet Exchange

For all deliveries made via our own fleet we will be requiring a one for one pallet exchange upon delivery. For orders where an exchange is not possible the delivered pallets will be charged out at £5.00 + VAT each

Courier Deliveries

For deliveries via third party logistics the order value for free delivery is going to be increasing to £500.00 + VAT per order, for those who were previously £400.00. All others will be reviewed independently and advised accordingly.

The cost per parcel for delivery will be increasing to £6.99 + VAT and the delivery costings for pallet orders under £500.00 + VAT will be reviewed and updated on the website ready for the 1st June.
