Payment
Invoices are due for payment on delivery.
We accept payment by Switch or any other Debit or Credit Card - whereby there is no transaction charge. Or payment on our Website, where we have Worldpay available, a secure online payment facility, for which there is no charge.
Cheques re-presented by the bank will be charged at £35.00 per re-presentation.
Minimum Order Value
Minimum order value of £125.00 + vat will qualify for free delivery within our own delivery area using our own vehicles. Orders under £125.00 + vat will be subject to a £10.00 delivery charge. All goods remain the property of Su-Bridge until paid for in full.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE within East Anglia. If delivery is outside East Anglia, delivery will by courier and chargeable. You will be notified if you qualify for free delivery when your registration is approved. You will be notified of delivery charges when your order is processed. Charges are variable depending on whether courier or palletising service is used.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notification and are charged at price ruling on the day of delivery.
Shortages, Faulty Goods & Returns
All shortages must be reported either to the driver at the time of delivery or to the office within 24 hours. When reporting to the office a reference will be given to enable us to log all shortages. Credit can only be given on items which are damaged at the time of delivery and duly noted on the driver’s paperwork. Items delivered in error by ourselves or short dated may be returned for credit.
