Customers leaving delivery instructions for delivery drivers, do so at their own risk. We cannot be held liable where customers have left instructions for their parcels to be left in Bins, Sheds, Garages, by the Front Door Etc.

Deliveries in the Eastern Region
We provide free deliveries on orders over £125 + vat throughout the Eastern region only. If you do not meet this amount a delivery charge will apply.

The latest that orders can be submitted is 1pm on the previous working day prior to your scheduled delivery day.

Deliveries outside of the Eastern Region
Deliveries outside of the Eastern Region are made via a courier using a parcel or pallet service.
If your order is placed before 4pm, items will be dispatched within 24 hours. From dispatch delivery is next working day unless you are based in the postcode areas stated below.
Customers in the DD,G, PA1-19, PH1-14,DG,EH,KY,MY,TD,AB,IV,KW postcode area is available on a economy service only which is 2 to 3 working days.
Require your goods urgently?, please order before 11am and opt for our 'priority delivery service' under product code ZZZ101 (Under delivery section) which guarantees your delivery will be dispatched same day ready for delivery the following working day.The charge for this priority delivery service is an additional £6.99 +vat.
The website will automatically calculate the delivery charge based on weight that is applicable for your order however if do you have any queries regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment must be made prior to dispatch on all deliveries made via courier.

If you experience any problems following delivery of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email in the first instance using the details on our contact us page. Please ensure you give details of name, address, order reference number, contact number and information of what the concern is.
All damages must be clearly noted on the Proof Of Delivery.Please be advised that signing unchecked deliveries is not acceptable and all damages must be noted at the point of delivery.

Can I return something I ordered? Any items to be returned must be undamaged and unopened in their original packaging and must be received by us within 7 days of the original delivery for a full refund. We cannot be held responsible for postage of returning items if we are not at fault.
In the event that you would like to arrange collection of an item, we charge £20 +vat.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. The time period include the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5-10 business days) the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In the event you have submitted your order and you wish to cancel your invoice you must notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been booked for dispatch unfortunately we would be unable to cancel the order. If we are able to prevent this, we will but unfortunately there will be a £5 administration charge that would apply.
